Visas are serious business.

They are one of the most essentials items that must be on your checklist when you plan your travels.

The starting point in applying for travel Visas is to confirm your passport's nationality. Every country has different Visa requirements for travellers from different countries. For example, Australian passport holders may visit Japan for up to 90 days without a Visa, but China passport holders need one.

We recommend that travellers DO NOT go by word of mouth and confirm the Visa requirements for your passport through reputable sources.

Bear in mind that it is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that they have the correct Visas. Travel agents, tour companies and airlines cannot be held liable for cancellations due to Visa errors.

Vietnam Tourist Visas

• A valid passport for travel, with at least 6 months of validity from your last day of travel
• Please note that China, Hong Kong and Taiwan passport holders are required to bring in a standard passport photo

China Tourist Visas

• A valid passport for travel, with at least 6 months of validity from your last day of travel
• A passport photo meeting the requirements outlined on this form (Please note that your photo has to meet the requirements to the strictest of standards. Applications have been known to be rejected at the door due to unacceptable passport photos. We recommend getting your photos taken at Office Works and giving them the form to follow.)
• A valid travel itinerary
• A letter of invitation/proof of hotel accommodations
